Our tour will include visits to beautiful and famous medieval touristic attractions, the main attraction being the famous Dracula’s Castle (the Bran Castle). The first stop will be in Sinaia – the pearl of Charpatians to visit the Monastery of Sinaia and the beautiful Peles Castle built at the end of 19th century by king Carol of Romania, the place where it was located the summer residence of Romanian kings. Not far will be visited the Sinaia Monastery a beautiful orthodox monastery and a spiritual place of Wallachia. The way to Transilvania passes one of the most beautiful roads in Romania near the rocky mountains of Caraiman on the top ot the mountain being an old Sphinx. Brasov is one of the most beautiful cities in Romania and probably one of the most beautiful in Europe. Its old walls and towers, old buildings and streets, will take you back in time hundreds of years. The beautiful Black Church will delight the visitors who can listen the superb music of the largest Buchholz organ in Eastern Europe. At the Rasnov fortress built around 1300 by peasants, a beautiful panorama of the sothern Transilvania and the Wallachian mountains can be seen. Its huge walls made it invincible and the fortress was never conquered by enemies. Lunch is waiting in a beautiful location not far from the Bran castle. The tour ends at the Bran Castle, built on a rock by the Teutonic Knights in the 11th century to guard the trade routes from the Danube region to Transylvania. Vlad Dracul (the Impaler) who inspired Bram Stoker in writing Dracula, spent here a night in his way to Transylvania.
